My name is Bernard Kowalik and I'm expert BASE .
It came at the time, as a small group of BASE customers (called: BASE experts) gathered early 2010 at the Duesseldorf headquarters of the E-Plus Group to give a face to the visions of a small project group. Aim was to bring together a representative cross section of customers with BASE leaders and decision makers, to connect at eye level in the dialogue.
I'm pretty sure that none of the then invited BASE experts could expect that this first meeting would be only the beginning of a regular and intensive exchange between customers and E-plus leadership.
Last Thursday a now committed community of BASE hit to experts for the fourth time in the Dusseldorf E-plus headquarters to many different mobile phone topics speak. The current and future network expansion was an important issue here. Furthermore was the revised website of base.de presented and discussed one in the development of any APP.
In addition, there was a first meeting of the base and mobile phone experts, in which a lively exchange between the groups was held. The mobile phone experts deal with the topic "Customers help customers" and are accessible via www.mobilfunkexperten.de. The crowning conclusion of the first day consisted of a very delicious dinner in the airport hotel, where also the wine came at his expense.
Now the E-plus project team for a few more minds has grown, and it makes a lot of fun to watch how successful cooperation. Also we as customers get a deep insight into the mobile phone world. Nevertheless we succeed quite well to the changing needs of customers.
