We look forward huge: E-Plus is one of Germany's top employers!

When I decided over ten years ago, to draw, from the parental home in an own a job had to be found first. A girlfriend at the time worked for a mobile telephone company and was excited, what was sometimes because that your former boss looked like Brad Pitt. My luck was that very same Brad Pitt looking after an Student Assistant. The result: promoted, taken, remained.

The fact that I have stayed, has not to do that I was too lazy elsewhere to apply, but rather because I like it here as well. Great colleagues, great working atmosphere, good development opportunities and fashionable Christmas parties.

CRF chooses us among the top 100
Apparently I'm not the only one who finds great donor of their bread, because E-Plus has been chosen for the 5th time in a row to the best employers , Germany. This is the result of a recent study of independent CRF Institute (Corporate Research Foundation), which every year certified the top companies in Germany.

That is why we're doing
Important criteria for the award were among other things the internal funding programs of the E-Plus Group, and flexible working models. I can confirm the flexible models of work fully. Not only I have made a part of my work from home the ability to pay, I can divide my working time themselves, because between 6 and 10 pm, everything is theoretically possible. Not that I ever would have started at 6 pm, but I could if I wanted to.

I can certainly speak on behalf of all 2,700 ladies and gentlemen, when I say: we look forward huge!
